Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by Wild Garden Atelier.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, customs processing, or local postal services.

Tracking

Whenever possible, orders are shipped with tracking information.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wild Garden Atelier cannot control or predict these fees.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Wild Garden Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Wild Garden Atelier cannot guarantee delivery times.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and work with you to find a solution.
